Among the most challenging issues facing Catholic healthcare organizations today is the preparation of new leaders. The Ashley O’Rourke (AOR) Center exists to respond to this challenge.

Drawing on their legacy as innovators in the field of Catholic health care ethics and their strengths as a theological school rooted in the Dominican intellectual tradition of study, the AOR Center offers resources to equip all people—ministers, health care practitioners, chaplains, academics, executives, board members, and sponsors—to carry out the mission of Catholic health care. They do this through our graduate programs, through collaborative and interdisciplinary conferences and programming, and through their partnerships with the Catholic Health Association and Catholic health care organizations across the United States.
